The following fee schedule contains a listing of all fees applicable to a variety of Planning permits.  Planning staff can assist with identifying the applicable permits and fees for a particular project. In addition to permit fees, the Current Planning Section also collects fees for the preparation of documents required by the California Environmental Quality Act, General Plan Update Surcharge fee, public noticing fee if public noticing is required, a 4% information technology surcharge (applied only to planning fees), 5% legal counsel surcharge (applied only to planning fees), and review agency fees.  Please call the Planning Counter at 650-363-1825 between 7:30am and 5pm for assistance.
