COVID-19 resources that may be useful to San Mateo County producers and farm workers can be found through the San Mateo County Agricultural Ombudsman Office and through the San Mateo County Agriculture/Weights and Measures Department. These websites will be updated as new resources become available.

Achieve the objectives of the Planned Agricultural Development Ordinance to preserve agriculture production in the County.

Fifteen Members, one (1) Agricultural Business, one (1) Conservationist, seven (7) Farmer/Growers, two (2) Public Members and four (4) Non-Voting members (Executive Director, San Mateo County Farm Bureau; Executive Director; San Mateo County Resource Conservation District; County Director; UC Cooperative Extension; and County Agricultural Commissioner)

4 Years; maximum 12 years (applies only after 1995)

To actively assist in the preservation of agriculture on the Coast side, advising and recommending to the County Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors
