Ascension Heights Subdivision Project
The Ascension Heights subdivision an approved 19-lot subdivision of a 13.25-acre vacant hill located in within the San Mateo Highlands, an unincorporated area of San Mateo County.
Latest Update (1/25/2019)
Pursuant to the conditions of approval for the Ascension Heights Subdivision project, the project applicant has submitted a landscape plan for review and approval by the San Mateo County Planning Commission. At their December 12, 2018 meeting, the Planning Commission continued the item in order for the applicant to address items raised at the meeting and reflected in their letter of continuance. Per Condition 8.a. of the February 16, 2016 Board of Supervisors decision letter and the Planning Commission's letter of continuance, the plan is to be made available for a 30-day public review and comment period starting January 25, 2019 through February 27, 2019.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the landscaping plan at its February 27, 2019 hearing and is soliciting public input on the landscaping plan for their consideration. A separate meeting notice will be sent out 10-days in advance. Plans and documents are also available at the San Mateo County Planning and Building Department’s public front counter during normal business hours and below:
