On November 13, 2018, the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance amending its regulations regarding commercial cannabis cultivation in the unincorporated area of San Mateo County. The amendments reduce setback requirements and eliminate the current sunset provision, among other items.  The ordinance and related attachments are available below.
