In order to ensure that proper maintenance is being performed and stormwater treatment measures are functioning as designed, the County requires annual inspection of each stormwater treatment measure, per the Operations and Maintenance Agreement for the property. This inspection can be completed by the property owner or property manager or performed by a qualified contractor. Inspection results must include all relevant forms attached to the Operations and Maintenance Agreement for the property.

Submittal Instructions

  1. Obtain a copy of the Operation & Maintenance Agreement for your property. Relevant forms are included in Exhibit C of the Operation & Maintenance Agreement for the property.
  2. Complete all the forms in Exhibit C or hire a contractor to help you.
  3. Submit the completed forms by December 31st every year, along with the associated fees to San Mateo County, Attn: Camille Leung.
