Tree Ordinances Update Project
On November 18, 2016 amendments to regulations regarding Significant and Heritage Trees went into effect. These amendments, adopted by the Board of Supervisors at their October 18, 2016 meeting, require:
- Tree Plans and Analysis of the Impact of Development on Trees
- Increased Penalty Fees for Unauthorized Tree Removal and Mitigation Requirements
